Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of delivery at CustomerService@electricbicycle-outdoor-store.com ( 866-597-8417 ). Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Currie Technologies will make every reasonable effort to assist you by either providing replacement parts or technical assistance to solve the problem. In the event that the damaged or defective product must be returned, we will assist with shipping arrangements. If you do not contact Customer Service within 10 days, in the event that the product needs to be returned, you will be fully responsible for all return shipping charges.
IMPORTANTI; If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon reciept, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact a Customer Service representative at CustomerService@electricbicycle-outdoor-store.com ( 866-597-8417).
Credit or Refund
You can expect a credit or refund, less a 20% restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product back to Currie Tech in California complete and in good and unused condition. Credit will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes the return. You will be refunded the full amount of the purchase price, less 20% and initial delivery fees paid by Electric Bicycle Outdoor Store for shipping it to Customer. Customer must pay Shipping cost to Return the product back to the distributor Currie Tech, from where it came from.

Returning an Oversized Item
Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 70 pounds. You will only be refunded shipping charges when returning an Oversized Item if the item you had receive was damaged, defective (see Damaged or Defective Items for details) or resulting from a shipping error. You will not be refunded shipping charges under any circumstances on Oversized Items that are returned due to buyer remorse. Please be aware that shipping charges can be quite expensive for Oversized Items.
